Diversity, equity and inclusivity in hydropower
Overview
Diversity in an organisation drives innovation, opens new pathways for technology deployment, brings fresh perspectives to the development of societies, and attracts and retains a richer pool of talent.
This workshop, organised in partnership with the Global Women’s Network for the Energy Transition (GWNET), will bring together global perspectives on workplace diversity.

- Actions companies are taking, and resources and tools to support organisations in their diversity and inclusion efforts in the hydropower industry
