Since 2022, Ibu Feby was responsible as Director in Directorate Various New and Renewable Energy, DGNREEC, MEMR. With her expertise and experience in the renewable energy field of more than 20 years, she has been involved in many policy, regulation and cooperation issues related to renewable energy (hydro, wind and solar).

She earned a double degree with a Master's in Planning and Management Infrastructure at ITB and Master's in Environmental and Infrastructure Planning at Groningen University, Netherlands where she was a coordinator at the Directorate Energy Conservation.
