The 2023 World Hydropower Congress will be held at the Bali Nusa Dua Convention Center, which is located at Kawasan Pariwisata, Nusa Dua Lot NW/1, Beno, Kec, Kuta Sel, Kabupaten Badung, Bali 80263, Indonesia.

Delegates who require an official letter of invitation from the International Hydropower Association to obtain a visa to attend the Congress can get in touch with the Congress Secretariat at congress@hydropower.org.

Travel

Garuda Indonesia Official Airline for Congress

We have partnered with Garuda Indonesia, who are a member of the SkyTeam airline alliance, to provide Congress attendees with a discount of up to 20% on their flights.

Singapore Airlines

We have partnered with Singapore Airlines to provide Congress attendees with a discount on their international flights to Bali. To access the discount please register for Congress and a code will be sent onto you.

Airport transfers

Airport transfers are available for Congress attendees, please let us know the expected date and time of your arrival at the Ngurah Rai International Airport in the relevant section of your registered Delegate account.

Free shuttle bus service schedule

Our partner hotels will also be providing a free shuttle bus service from and to the Ngurah Rai International Airport, their hotels and the Congress venue.

Calculate your Congress Carbon Footprint

We are partnering with local social enterprise CarbonEthics, an organisation that aims to restore the climate balance through nature-based solutions with pioneers in blue carbon conservation. They have evolved from a non-for-profit into a social enterprise that offers climate solutions such as carbon emission calculation, carbon policy and advocacy and climate-friendly travel.

CarbonEthics have created a bespoke carbon calculator for all Congress attendees.
