Mr. Qin Guobin is Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer of China Three Gorges International Limited (CTGI). With a Bachelor's degree in Water Conservancy and Hydropower Engineering and a Master's degree in Business Administration, Mr. Qin is a professor engineer with 35 years of experience in the international business of investment, construction and operation of hydropower projects.

Mr. Qin has led the management of many hydropower projects around the world including the Karot Hydropower Project in Pakistan which will generate environmentally friendly and cheap electricity, promoting clean, green energy development and cooperation.
