Martin heads up GE Vernova’s Hydro Power division across Oceania, covering all new equipment and project opportunities in the region. In this role he has helped build a multi-GW project pipeline, pioneered GE’s approach to pumped hydro co-development, co-authored white papers on a range of topics and led GE Vernova’s engagement on regulation and policy. Prior to his current role, Martin worked across a range of energy-related GE divisions, including waste-to-energy, intelligent streetlights and village electrification.
Prior to joining GE, Martin worked at Origin Energy for two years and in management consultancy for three years, across Australia, New Zealand and Europe. Martin holds an MBA from INSEAD and a BComm/BA degree from the University of Melbourne.
