Knut Sierotzki is Vice President Hydro and Regional Head of AFRY’s hydropower business in Asia and Pacific and has more than 30 years of international experience in investigation, design and construction of hydropower schemes. During his career and several long and short term assignments to hydropower projects in the Africa, South America, Asia and Pacific regions. Knut has gathered extensive experience in managing international hydropower projects:

• Broad understanding of all aspects related with global project development, from preparation of concept and feasibility studies and environmental and social impact assessments to construction, operation and rehabilitation;

• Management and coordination of interdisciplinary and multi-cultural teams comprising of international and local experts, including third parties;

• Quality assurance and control;

• Communication with clients, authorities, media and other stakeholders
