What does the Congress pass include?

• Access to the World Hydropower Congress including its Welcome Reception and all plenary and parallel sessions
• Access to the Congress' exhibition space
• A 10% discount on Sustainability Training Courses (a voucher will be sent to you after you complete your registration and will be valid until 31 December 2024)

Please note:

• Accepted methods of payment for the Congress are by credit card, bank transfer and virtual bank account (only for Indonesian residents). You will be charged in Indonesian rupiah (IDR)
• Students, academics, Indonesian civil servants, and employees of international non-profit and civil society organisations are eligible for discounted rates. These will be subject to approval by the World Hydropower Congress' Secretariat. If you are one of these registrants, please contact congress@hydropower.org before registering
• If you have been invited to speak at the Congress, please contact congress@hydropower.org before registering
• You may register for a group of people. If you are registering for more than five people, please choose the group category of booking. Members of groups of less than five people should register individually
• If participants are found to be ineligible for the category and/or fee under which they have registered, IHA reserves the right to adjust registration fees
